Toyota corporation required Midwest Toyota Superstore located in Hutchinson, Kansas to expand the existing dealership to meet Toyota’s new brand standards. The exterior renovation requires that the addition of the Toyota Portal and exterior resurfacing. An addition of 1,830 square feet was added to the existing facility to include vehicle delivery, sales offices, renovate and enlarge the existing showroom, enlarge waiting room, and new restrooms. We also added a 5,000 square foot service center with 14 addition service bays, car wash and tech department. Also a 1,200 square foot Quik Lube was added in the existing service center. A total of 3 additions was added to the dealership as well as renovating the existing Ford/Lincoln/Mercury showroom and offices, Used car building, and new Ford Portal to balance the exterior design of the building.
