Townhomes at Santa Fe Place – Hutchinson, KS (New Beginnings)

Together with the City of Hutchinson, Kansas and Hutchinson Community Foundation this project was made possible.  Initially a vacant lot within the city limits, this piece of land is now home to this ten unit development consisting of four single family dwellings and two multi-family dwellings.  Due to the funding, this project had to be done in multiple phases.  Phase 1, one single-family unit, is complete and Phase 2 is set to be completed by late 2016.  Each unit has sleek and elegant finishes as well as an outdoor patio to enjoy the fresh air and private walkways right up to the front door.  Even though it seems that the dwellings are close to each other on the site, careful planning was taken to ensure that when families are utilizing their outdoor space they won’t be infringing on people around them.
